Prescription Medications (GLP‑1s, etc.)

Prescription products are compounded and shipped directly by licensed 503A pharmacies after approval by a licensed medical provider.

Typical processing time: 3–7 business days after prescription approval. Processing times may vary based on pharmacy workload, supply availability, and clinical review requirements.

Non‑Prescription Products (Peptides, Supplements, Wellness Items)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, high‑volume periods, or inventory delays.

🔹 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options within the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Prescription medications may require signature confirmation depending on pharmacy policy.

🔹 3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Product type

  • Weight and packaging

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Prescription medications may have separate pharmacy‑determined shipping fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Prescription shipments are tracked through the pharmacy’s carrier system.

We are not responsible for:
